Official Statement on Expiration of Game Cash

In the interest of complying with generally accepted accounting practices, Level Up! has decided to implement the expiry of MyLevelUp credits for all forms of game credits and hourly based subscription. This will enable Level Up! to further streamline its operations and bring it at par with similar services in the market requiring virtual credits such as pre-paid cellphones, pre-paid internet, pre-paid cable TV.

Rules
1. Game cash will expire 60 days from last game cash top-up. Note that this is GAME CASH (in-game currency such as Rok Points, Galactic Credits, Gold, Coupon, Blingy, etc), not TOP-UP.

2. A notice/email will be sent one (1) week before expiry of game cash via:
a. Game Account Email
b. Credit History (in MyLevelUp)
c. MyLU registered email address
3.The system will count 60 days starting from Feb 16. (Example, if you have not used your game cash from Feb 16 to April 16, then it will be expired/deleted).

1. What happens to my unused MyLU credits? When will it expire?
All your unused MyLU credits will expire 60 days from the last top up date.

2. What happens if I add to the stack?

Your MyLU credits will add up and the expiration count of ALL remaining balance will restart back to 60 days from the last top up date.
GAME CASH

1. What happens to my unused Game Cash? When will it expire?
All your unused Game Cash will expire 60 days from the last top up date.
